The app is available for all Android and iOS devices but the iPhone version supports limited functionality as compared to Android handsets. A corresponding option to turn on the feature is already available for some insiders. Notably, the feature is currently going through an internal testing phase. However, you need to connect both devices to the internet and a Bluetooth connection should be established in order to pair your phone to Windows 10 PC. Once enabled, it would probably allow you to send and receive files to/from your contacts.
